ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE COMMISSION PLAN ADDENDUM TEMPLATE

Default plan unless changed in writing:

- 15% to 20% on eligible one-time build and setup fees after client payment clears.
- 10% recurring commission on eligible monthly retainers for up to 12 months while the account remains active and paid.
- 0% commission on ad spend, domains, software pass-through, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, or vendor costs.
- 60-day clawback may apply if a client refunds, chargebacks, cancels, or fails onboarding.
- Recurring commission stops if the client account becomes unpaid, cancelled, refunded, charged back, or transferred under a different written arrangement.
- Contractor must log prospect source, package sold, client payment confirmation, and accepted scope before payout approval.

This plan is not a wage promise and does not guarantee income. Contractor earnings depend on closed, paid, eligible revenue.
