Contractor may access private pricing, scripts, service packaging, client lists, prospect notes, fulfillment systems, internal strategy, templates, and operating methods. Contractor agrees to keep those materials confidential, not publish them, not sell them, not use them for unrelated ventures, and not disclose them to unauthorized parties.

Contractor must protect client data, tax documents, payment profiles, account access, business information, and private reports. Contractor must immediately report suspected unauthorized access, lost devices, misdirected files, or accidental disclosure.
