for honest selling.
The company can be aggressive, premium, and direct without promising things it cannot control. These rules protect the brand, the client, and the sale.
Do say
- We manage the system around the website.
- We may coordinate vetted software, vendors, ad platforms, and fulfillment partners when needed.
- Ad spend is separate from management fees.
- We report what shipped, what changed, and what should happen next.
- We can improve the lead path, trust layer, follow-up, and reporting.
- We need access, client inputs, and approval before certain work can start.
Do not say
- Do not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, ROAS, or review volume.
- Do not claim official partner status unless it is actually true.
- Do not pretend ad platforms, software tools, or subcontractors are owned by Skyes Over London.
- Do not hide ad spend or blur it into management fees.
- Do not promise fake reviews, incentivized positive reviews, or review removal.
- Do not sell unlimited work inside a fixed package.
